What are preserved flowers and foliage?
Preserved flowers and foliage are 100% natural flowers and greens that have undergone a preservation process to maintain their fresh appearance for several months or even years. Apart from maintaining their aesthetic appearance, preserved flowers and foliage do not require water or sunlight. Their beauty and soft delicate appearance makes it difficult to differentiate from fresh cut flowers. The substances used in the preservation process are non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-carcinogenic, non-explosive and non-chemical reactive. The solutions and colorants are the same as those used in food, medical and textile manufacturing; therefore, they do not represent any health or environmental risk.
Will the flowers be exactly the same as the display photos?
Each of our floral arrangement is unique and delicately hand-crafted with seasonal flowers. Not every flower in the photo will be available at the time of order. We promise to deliver the product with the same style and mood of each arrangement.
How many types of flowers will there be in my display?
The number of flowers vary according to the chosen style and size of the display.
How do I care for them?
Preserved flowers and foliage can be enjoyed for months or even years when kept in an air tight, non-humid environment. They do not require water, fertilizer or sunlight. Avoid exposing preserved flowers to direct sunlight for prolonged period. Due to the high humidity level in Singapore, keep them away from places where air enters or where there are ventilation grilles. An air-conditioned or low humidity area around your home or workplace will be ideal for any preserved flowers and foliage. Do not press, bend or squash the petals or stems. They are delicate and can be damaged easily.

In the event you are not available on the delivery/collection date, email or message us on live chat at least 1 day prior to scheduled date. If the recipient is uncontactable/unavailable, we will arrange redelivery on the next available date. A fee of $20 is applicable for redelivery service.
Do note your order will be cancelled in the event if payment is not completed within 24 hours from the date of order.
Preferred Delivery Date (Singapore)
You may select a preferred date for doorstep delivery/self-collection.
If no preferred date is indicated, the next available delivery/self-collection date will be allocated to you. In the event you are not available on the delivery/collection date, email or message us on live chat at least 1 day prior to scheduled date.
For advance order (more than 30 calendar days) and/or bulk order, kindly contact us prior to order submission.
How do I make payment?
We accept online payment via Paypal. Kindly note that prices on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Can I make payment via Bank Transfer?
You will receive an order email when you select "Bank Transfer" during check out. Login in to Internet Banking to complete payment.

What is PayNow service? (Singapore)
PayNow is an enhanced peer-to-peer bank transfer service which do not require exchange of bank account numbers. You can send money instantly with just the mobile number or the NRIC/FIN of any recipient. This service is currently available to clients of these seven participating banks: Citibank Singapore Limited, DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and United Overseas Bank.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
